Conflicts: - `app/javascript/mastodon/load_locale.js`: The file moved to `app/javascript/mastodon/locales/load_locale.ts`. Ported the changes there and deleted `app/javascript/mastodon/load_locale.js`. - `app/javascript/mastodon/locales/index.js`: The file moved to `app/javascript/mastodon/locales/index.ts`.
